[lm-announce] Leica SP2 update

Dear All,

The Leica field engineer visited this morning and the microscope initialization problem is due to a faulty sensor  in the objective turret.
Unfortunately,this cannot be rectified on site,therefore the microscope will have to be sent to Leica in Milton Keynes for repair.This will be within the next couple of weeks,but I will keep you informed as to when this will happen.
In the meantime,the system is still usable using the "manual" mode.
