[lm-announce] LMF spectris - changes to power strip

Dear All,

The power strip on the LMF spectris is broken and, as an interim  
measure, I have rewired the scope, bypassing the power strip.   
Basically, everything will work as normal, you just don't have to  
turn on the power strip before you start.  You will still need to  
turn on the ICMIC as usual if you are the first user.  Any problems,  
give me a shout.
