Dear All,

Following on from Jonathan Buzzard's earlier emails, please read this  
very carefully:

The file system used to manage microscope data (Zeus) is being  
significantly upgraded this week.  Please pay careful attention to  
the following:

1)  Zeus will not be accessible from 6 pm on Friday the 30th of  
January until the end of Monday 2nd February.

2)  During the coming week (Monday 26th to Friday 30th) please DO   
NOT reorganize the data you have stored on Zeus.

3)  Please DO NOT put large amounts of data onto Zeus from a USB or  
Firewire drive or from your personal computer.

4)  Zeus should otherwise be functioning as normal.

5)  Any data acquired over the weekend should be saved to Zeus on  
Tuesday 3rd February.

If any of you have a genuine and urgent need to do any of point 1 to  
3, please contact me for advice.
