[lm-announce] IMPORTANT: No HSM on Light Microscope file system

Sorry for the lack of notice. I am in the process today of moving the server that manages the tape library onto new hardware, this means that at the moment all HSM on the LMF is suspended.

Service will be restored later today. This move is important as we will no longer have any support on the old server in the new year.
