Hello all,
Also, please note that SPINLOCK explicitly deconvolves data using
photosensor readings if they have been recorded. Should you wish to
ignore the photosensor readings during SPINLOCK deconvolution you
must deconvolve your data on the workstations where you have all the
configuration options available to you.
Put simply:
DO deconvolve using SPINLOCK if you want photosensor readings to be
used if they exist or if you have collected your data with the
photosensor turned OFF.
DO NOT deconvolve using SPINLOCK if you collected data with the
photosensor ON and want those readings to be ignored.
Please let me know if you have questions or trouble.
Thanks!
