[lm-announce] LMF DV3 joystick

Dear All,

We have been experiencing some "issues" with the joystick on the LMF  
DV3 recently.  Just to reassure those of you who have been affected,  
a new unit was installed today and everything seems to be behaving  
properly again.

Whilst I've got you, could I also take this opportunity to remind you  
that the LMF DV3 does occasionally lose track of its filter home  
positions - if you notice the wrong colour light coming through, or  
if you don't see a signal, please restart the instrument controller  
software in Windows and try again.  Obviously, if it still doesn't  
work or you have any other questions, please give us a shout.
