[lm-announce] Use of Workstations

Dear All,

At present we only have 2 out of 3 SoftWorx workstations running in  
1.05G.  Until this is resolved please do not use the workstation in  
the middle of the bench to run deconvolutions between the hours of 9  
am and 6 pm on a weekday.  Anybody who finds deconvolutions running  
on this computer during those hours has my permission to cancel them  
and log the user out if needs be.  If you feel overwhelmed with guilt  
at the prospect, come and find me or Calum and we'll do it for you.

I also need you all to get a heck of a lot better at remembering to  
move data to the server after your sessions and DELETE IT from your  
home directory.  We will delete this for you without warning when the  
drives start to fill up.
