[Affects LifeSci Mail, SAN Storage, LMF/Zeus, Cluster]

We are upgrading the Storage Systems located within Life Sciences during
Febuary and March 2007.

We are classifying two states during this work: AT RISK and DOWN.

AT RISK means that work is being done on the system which increases the
possibility that the systems will enter the DOWN state - although it
is not
anticipated that they will enter the DOWN state.

The DOWN state means that work is being done on the system which
requires it
to be offline and that the service will be unavailable during these
times.
We have attempted to link this work with other activities (ICS
storage work
and Annual Symposium) to limit impact on staff.
