On investigation, version 5.5 of the Bio-formats library, that FLIMfit uses to open a range of file-formats, cannot open your files.
Fortunately the Bio-formats development team are on the ball and the current version handles them with with no problem.

I should be able to provide you with a beta version of FLIMfit, with an updated Bio-Formats, to try early next week.

In the meantime, looking at, what I guess, to be the fix in question on https://www.openmicroscopy.org/2018/01/11/bio-formats-5-7-3.html
suggests a possible work-around of saving your data ‘uncompressed’ rather than with compressed data.

I’ll let you know as soon as I have that beta version ready.
