That indeed seem to work for the left panel on OMERO, which is what
was missing !<br>

No problem, I understand. When you import in Insight, the "Import
Data"

dialog that pops up has, on the right, an "Options" tab with a
"Override

default File naming" option. Have you tried unchecking that box
