<div class="">The image should by default open as a hyper stack image containing the multiple channels and Z slices with multiple sliders to control each. </div>
<div class="">The display of these can be controlled as in the link in the previous reply or the channels can additionally be combined or separated via the Bio-Formats import options.</div>

<div class="">If you are only seeing a single slider to control the channels but not for the Z slices then would it possible to upload the file you are using to the below link for testing?</div>
