    <p>The ROIs are generated from segmentations of the volume in the
      map/mrc file. I'll regenerate the ROIs with this in mind.<br>

      Thanks for submitting the files. According to the log file the
      error happens because the line width of the ROIs is set to less
      than 1 pixel. I can fix the ROI tool, by just using a minimum
      pixel size of 1 in these cases. But I'm not sure how you could
      "fix" the existing ROIs, without directly accessing the database.
      Obviously you can't open the Inspector tab in the ROI
      tool, because it crashes on opening... Where do the ROIs actually
      come from? Do the get imported by another application?
