Thanks for your reply, yeah that is exactly what we see in Icy as
well.<br>
Unfortunately i don't have access to the original NDPI file but i
attached you what the image is supposed to look as it actually
display correctly in the default windows image viewer, as you can
see it is the same as you obtained with tiffgt.<br>
I hope having this information can help you in fixing the problem :)<br>

Also for comparison, (attached) this is what I see after import
into

Fiji with the Bio-Formats importer (the regular File->Open
won't work

for this compression type). Is this what you see in Icy?
