Thanks for reminding me to check the license. Video spot tracker is actually under GPL so it is to go. I am going to make a pull request for that page.<br>

<div>Thanks for this update, and thanks for using our software.</div>

<div>Please note that Bio-Formats is released under the BSD and GPL licenses. The Java and C++ I/O libraries are BSD while the format readers are GPL [<a href="https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/tree/develop/components/formats-gpl" target="_blank">https://github.com/openmicroscopy/bioformats/tree/develop/components/formats-gpl</a>].
Our understanding is that you are using Bio-Formats readers. If so, to comply with the licensing terms of Bio-Formats readers, your distribution must be licensed under the GPL.</div>

</div>
<div>Please do have a look at the licenses. If you have any questions, please do contact us on these lists.</div>

<div>
<div dir="ltr">Hello,<br>
<br>
I am the developer of video spot tracker (<a href="http://cismm.cs.unc.edu/resources/software-manuals/video-spot-tracker-manual/" target="_blank">http://cismm.cs.unc.edu/resources/software-manuals/video-spot-tracker-manual/</a>) in UNC Chapel Hill. Recently
I added Bio-formats into the program as an extra reader via the BF-CPP technique (<a href="http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/developers/jace/overview.html" target="_blank">http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5.1/developers/jace/overview.html</a>).
The BF-CPP webpage currently has two software, WiscScan and XuvTools, as projects that adapts BF-CPP. I am thinking adding video spot tracker on that page too, to increase our software's visibility and to show that there are more projects joining Bio-formats.
<br>
<br>
Best,<br>
Joe</div>
