There are two possibilities for what's causing the problem<br>
<br>
- use of scifio<br>
- a LIF reader bug<br>
(or a combination of the two)<br>
<br>
For the first, could you try disabling scifio and then restart and retry<br>
opening the file with the Bio-Formats importer?<br>
<br>
For the second, if you could upload a copy of the file using<br>
  <a href="http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.uk/qa/upload/" target="_blank">http://qa.openmicroscopy.org.<u></u>uk/qa/upload/</a><br>
then we can take a look at it and see if there is a reader bug which<br>
needs fixing.<br>
