In my case, two FITC channels with different exposure settings were collected at each Z-T. Bioformats creates the right number of image planes for the correct number of channels, but only one of the FITC channels has image data. The images in the other channel just have all zero pixels. I assume the repeated channel names are confusing to the software.</div><div style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; min-height: 14px; "><br></div><div style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; ">Problem seen when opening such files in MatLab using BioFormats 4.4.4, (also reproduced in ImageJ).</div></div><div><br></div><div><a href="https://www.dropbox.com/s/vhyekfzawf9k0ny/Duplicate%20Channel%20Names.zip">DropBox link to example data</a></div><div><br></div><div>Ben Timney</div><div><br></div><div>
