<p class="MsoNormal">I would like to import pictures for automatic processing directly into Imaris.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For now, the only way I see is through Imaris’s Matlab XT interface, but it seems rather tedious.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Since you’d need to go Omero -> Omero Matlab -> Imaris XT -> Imaris.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Any hints, tips, suggestions are welcome.<o:p></o:p></p>
