I cannot seem to replicate the problem, imported Jpg to OMERO(versions <BR>
3.2.1( and recent 4.0rc4) and running measurement tool on both systems <BR>
seems to work.<BR>

Could you give more information about your install? OMERO version and <BR>
OS and the same for Insight?<BR>
