There is no specific pre-built command line importer, however there is a good example of a command line import process used in the TestEngine (located in the svn at <a href="http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/browser/trunk/components/tools/OmeroImporter/src/ome/formats/test">http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/browser/trunk/components/tools/OmeroImporter/src/ome/formats/test</a>).
