However, the custom annotations we input at time of image acquisition from metamorph is lost through the image import. I have been going over the documentation but cannot find anything describing a way to import/access the metadata from the perl web interface. Is this possible?<br>
</blockquote></div><br>For a list of what was recognized for a particular <span>import</span> into the <span>OME</span> server, go to the <span>Image</span> details page in the <span>web</span> interface, and click the "<span>Image</span> <span>import</span>" link in the upper right hand box.<br>
<br>For Metamorph STK files, the supported fields will differ depending on if you are using OME's default STK import module, or Bio-Formats. For more information, including instructions on how to enable Bio-Formats for STK, see this post:<br>
