Hi Paulo,<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Glad you figured out what was happening and its not an importer bug.</div><div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>The histogram is adjusted server side by an algorithm that tries to determine a pretty good image based on the intensity range. There's no way to alter that except in the actual server code. You can however manually adjust the histogram in the client gui (as you discovered).<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>Hope that helps,</div><div><br><div> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; border-spacing: 0px 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; text-align: auto; -khtml-text-decorations-in-effect: none; text-indent: 0px; -apple-text-size-adjust: auto; text-transform: none; orphans: 2; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; "><div>Brian Loranger</div><div>Software Developer, Open Microscopy Environment</div><div>Division of Gene Regulation and Expression</div><div>University of Dundee</div><div><br class="khtml-block-placeholder"></div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"></span> </div><br><div><div>On 12 Mar 2008, at 16:31, Paulo Almeida wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><blockquote type="cite"><p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px"><font face="Helvetica" size="3" style="font: 12.0px Helvetica">the rendering?
