Hi Juhui,<br><br>Ah, I think I see what the problem is. It looks like the default image server was set to "localhost" when OME was installed; since the OME plugin relied on OMEDS to tell it which image server to use, the plugin was trying to upload to/download from a non-existent server on the client machine. There will be a permanent fix for this in the next major release of LOCI's ImageJ plugins. In the meantime, I would encourage you to try this pre-release JAR:
