Well, I also get a "500 Internal Server Error" with my OME system when I try to access the shoola path directly through a web browser. It's not designed to be accessed that way -- only with Java clients like Shoola or the OME Plugin for ImageJ. (Have you tried the OME Plugin for ImageJ?
