Hi!<br><br>I am new to OME and currently exploring the possibility of using it as a front-end for some deconvolution software. As the deconvolution software itself is steerable via command-line, I was wondering if someone had been using the discontinued Command Line Handler or had any suggestions on how to control the software via OME.
