[ome-users] win7/win10 importer: cannot select tif in hidden folder

Hi Felix,

I had a look in the code, and there it is deliberately prohibited. But I can't see a reason for it.
I'm going to fix that for 5.3.1 (unfortunately it's too late for 5.3.0 which is going to be released soon).
And yes, it is the hidden attribute. So for now, the only workaround would be to remove this attribute
from the folder, if possible.
