Thank you very much for your feedback.
I was able to repeat your issue with Fiji opening the "blobs" sample image and then attempting to import it
to OMERO using the "Upload and Save to OMERO" command or "Save ROIs to OMERO" command.

I got an error which is identical with the one described in
https://trac.openmicroscopy.org/ome/ticket/12849#comment:2

- Do you get the same error ?
- Do you want to be cc-ed on the above mentioned ticket to be able to follow our progress ?

I was just checking out the omero-imagej plugin in Fiji. I works as expected in most cases, but if I open one of the imagej sample images (like blobs) then the import fails. Changing the image at all, or saving it locally first will get around the error.​
