[ome-users] OME-TIFF Export problem

Hi,
I work for Leica microsystems and one of our customers are complaining 
about this: 
"When on the admin computer account, the ome-tiff image autoexport 
sometimes stops in the middle of acquisition." 

Any ideas on what can be causing this?
