[ome-users] Error when deleting user accounts & unable to senderror details

Just a quick update to let you know that after re-installing OME Server
4.0.2, this problem has now been solved.

If I try to delete a user from within the web admin page I get a "server
error. (500)" message that allows me to send the message to you guys,
but upon clicking send I get a standard "the page cannot be displayed"
page.

 

There is an error section on the email error page, but it's very large &
therefore would only confuse this email, but if you need it, let me know
& I will post it.
