[ome-users] Initialize the OMERO database

Hi Stuart

The actual documentation on the website is not correct.
What you have to do is the following:

You need to install ice-3.3.0 and have the path to it as c:\ice-3.3.0
You need to install omero-Beta4.0.0 into c:\omero, so it will have  
bin, etc, lib, etc there.
