[ome-users] OMERO Server Remote Access problem

Hi Jmarie,
Thanks for the reply.
Actually the log directory in omero client is empty.
And also on disabling the firewall using this command /sbin/service iptables stop, I am able to see the OMERO server page in other machines. However disabling the firewall cannot be the permanent solution.
Is there any solution to resolve this?

Further more I am not able to access the omero client
I have tried log in with default  username/passwd  (root/omero) and given the server ipaddress as http://<ipaddress>:8080/WebAdmin/, its not possible for me to log in into client

Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

Can you send the log file of insight

you will find it in omero/log
