[ome-users] omero-Beta3.1.1 Installation problem

Hi,
I am trying to install Omero -  omero-Beta3.1.1 on windows.
I have installed PostgreSQL 8.3.4 and configured it as mentioned in the site http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/wiki/OmeroInstallWindows

I am getting the following error when trying to deploy Omero

Buildfile: build.xml

Could not load definitions from resource emma_ant.properties. It could not be found.

resql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: password authentication failed for user "omero"


Total time: 3 seconds

1) Am I missing any thing before the installation?
2) The Windows installation guide for Omero is not opening. ( https://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/omero/wiki/OmeroInstallWindows)

Please help me to resolve this problem.
