<p>The zegami demo looks good. I like the left hand filtering panel. I'll be stripping the phenotype number from the map annotations in the IDR demo, but they will still be in the annotation.csv files. Are you planning on trying to combine data from more than
one screen? If there is anything you'd particularly like changed/added let me know.

<p class="MsoNormal">I’ve also integrated the OMERO viewer to allow access to the time points and channels. This can be accessed by clicking an image and selecting the “OMERO Viewer” button on the upper right.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">To generate the collection I created a few Python scripts which called the JSON api endpoints made available at
