<p class="MsoNormal">I’m attempting to open a BD Pathway data set using bio-formats 5.1.8. The data set has ratiometric channels that are saved as “<span style="background:white">* - n<span class="pl-cce">*</span>.tif”<span class="pl-pds"> and “</span>* - d<span class="pl-cce">*</span>.tif”<span class="pl-pds">
files under the same channel name.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span class="pl-pds"><span style="background:white">The BDReader reads about the double number of time points for this channel, the first half are the numerator (*n*.tif) channel, the other half is blank. Looking the BDReader.java code
it appears that only loading of the n*.tif files is coded.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
