<div dir="ltr">We had talked about a few ideas that I might have been able to make use of in webtagging. E.g. maintaining graph of how tags relate to each other. I wasn't expecting to see anything like that in the short term really. Tags with types and values and the interpretation of what it means to be a tagset were other examples.<div><br></div><div>I had been intending to improve the tag search a lot by integrating it with the data tree, which is why I did all the work on the webclient as I needed the jstree upgrade to do what I needed. That hasn't made it in yet, but I have no bandwidth to do anything more than bugfixing webtagging for the forseeable future, so there isn't a great deal of rush there although it would of course be good to see those upgrades. Talking with Will, it sounds like it might be desirable instead to at some point integrate some incarnation of the tag search in the general search.</div><div><br></div><div>Cheers,</div><div><br></div><div>Douglas</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On 2 June 2015 at 16:44, William Moore <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:will@lifesci.dundee.ac.uk" target="_blank">will@lifesci.dundee.ac.uk</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div style="word-wrap:break-word">Hi Ilan,<div><br></div><div> You can see the list of releases at <a href="http://will-moore.github.io/figure/#releases" target="_blank">http://will-moore.github.io/figure/#releases</a>.</div><div>The last one is 1.1.1 but the last major one is 1.1.0 that included the ability to "crop"</div><div>an image to a chosen region (optionally using existing ROIs in OMERO) based on</div><div>your feedback. Hi
<div><br>
<div>I would appreciate it if someone could update us at Micron Oxford, on what is the latest version of the fantastic figure making module in OMERO. </div>
<div>We gave a bunch of feedback about how to make it really very useful as a day to day too, but I am not aware of anyone finding back what happened</div>
<div>and whether the ideas were implemented. Also, Douglas Russell had created an auto tagging module that was a great start, but he was waiting for</div>
<div>the OMERO team to change the model to allow more sophisticated organisation of the data in the database. </div>
<div>Is this in progress too?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Would be great if someone can outline the roadmap plans for these two fantastic additions to the capabilities of OMERO. </div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>many thanks</div>
