The projects you'd be interested in are formats-api, formats-bsd and formats-gpl (formats-common<br>
contains helper classes used by the readers). The loci_tools.jar file is an indirect product<br>
of compiling formats-api. More details can be found in "ant/toplevel.xml", where the targets<br>
for the Ant build system are defined.<br>
