<div>This documentation will be updated for the imminent release of OMERO version 4.4.9 but in the meantime, if you are performing a backup, please ensure you include the additional $DATABASE at the end of the script.&nbsp;</div>

<div>Remember all sysadmins should be performing regular backups of the PostgreSQL database as, in the event of a catastrophic failure, no recovery of your OMERO server is possible without one.</div>
