single time point, single z.</font></div><div style="font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 12pt; ">As shown in the attachment, LOCI knows there are 5 channels, but failed to extract them correctly.</div><div style="font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 12pt; "><br></div><div style="font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; font-size: 12pt; ">I notice it only happens with the stitching from 2x2 fields.
