[ome-devel] import into Omero server fails

Hi Brain,

I've got another set of OME-TIFF files that do not load for some unknown
reason.

However, I do not want to attach them to this email, since they are large
(5MB and 50MB) and I do not want to flood the list.

Is there some place I could upload them for you to have a look?

Best regards

Peter

Hi Peter,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Would you mind doing me a favor
by trying to import that image again and then send us the results from the
'errors' tab in importer? In the mean time I'll take a look here and see
what the story is. (Its possible the latest importer isn't compatible with
something in that .ome file, or the ome file might need updating).

Cheer and thanks again,

Brian

Hi,

we are having problems with the OME import functionality.

We tried to import the max-sample-2008-02.ome (which we downloaded somewhere
on the OME site as giving a real-world example of an OME file), but we got
an error message. The trivial-sized min-sample. worked.

There seems to be a serious problem with import. Can you help somehow? Or
provide some contact to someone who can help?

Thanks and best regards

Peter
