[ome-devel] BZIP2.DLL load failed - specified procedure not found

Chris,

I indeed have a bzip2.dll (and a bzip2d.dll) file in the  D:\Ice-3.3.1
\bin folder.

The error stays the same, whether I remove the new bzip2.dll from the
systems32 folder or not...

I'm assuming you downloaded BZIP2.DLL after you started receiving the
error above? Does your Ice installation have a BZIP2.DLL in 
\bin D:\Ice-3.3.1? If you remove the DLL from system32 what happens?
