Following feedback from some users with regard to the above, we would like to assure everyone concerned that the pilot was not intended to affect anyone.<br>
The pilot was intended to test the technical aspects only, with access reset and modified as necessary. After successful testing and collating of feedback from pilot users, a futher announcement was going to be made, which was going to address;<br>
- the goals/objectives of the scheme;<br>
- the benefits;<br>
- user guide and process.<br>
A new microscopy portal and new booking system are currently in the baking, so the changes were mearnt to come all together.<br>
I admit that it is incomprehensible to think of booking restrictions under current work processes and we apologise for raising unecessary panic.<br>

We will provide more information/request feedback; well in time before any changes that affect everyone, are implemented.<br>
