<div class="">On investigation, version 5.5 of the Bio-formats library, that FLIMfit uses to open a range of file-formats, cannot open your files.</div>


<div class="">Fortunately the Bio-formats development team are on the ball and the current version handles them with with no problem.</div>

<div class="">I should be able to provide you with a beta version of FLIMfit, with an updated Bio-Formats, to try early next week.</div>

<div class="">suggests a possible work-around of saving your data ‘uncompressed’ rather than with compressed data.</div>
