Hi Jorge
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Please note I m cc’ing this reply to the FLIMfit-users list as I think this information could be generally useful.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The “ success” field is only relevant for pixel-by-pixel fitting where it shows the percentage of pixels where the fitting process completed successfully.</div>
<div>In Global fitting there is only one fitting process (at least per segmented region) which either succeeds or not and the “success” field is therefore not filled.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Further information about FLIMfit is available from <a href="https://github.com/openmicroscopy/Imperial-FLIMfit/wiki/GUI-walkthrough">https://github.com/openmicroscopy/Imperial-FLIMfit/wiki/GUI-walkthrough</a></div>
<div>or from either the paper or documentation which are linked in the first paragraph of </div>
