[FLIMfit-users] FLIMfit Batch Mode

Dear All,

I am using FLIMfit with data acquired with a time-gated microscope that is
still in development. Right now I am simulating datasets with biexponential
fluorescence intensity decays to better adjust the acquisition parameters
of my microscope so I can maximize the accuracy in lifetime and beta
values. For that, I am using Matlab to generate data, saving it as ome.tiff
files and then loading it into FLIMfit. This is a very long process and I
was wondering if there is a way to call FLIMfit in batch mode from Matlab
or to call mex files so I could analyze the data without having to use the
executable version of FLIMfit.

Best Regards,
